Outreach Services

The Hume-Lee Transplant Center has three dedicated, transplant outreach specialists who serve as liaisons for our patients and community health care professionals. To facilitate ongoing education and communication, our outreach specialists are available for the following services:

• Provide transplant education to the public, offer resources and information to patients, civic groups, and those who would like to learn more about the transplant process.
• Assist health care professionals and providers with the patient referral process and ongoing communications once a patient has begun transplant evaluation.
• Schedule continuing education for medical professionals interested in learning more about organ transplantation and donation, and the robust service line at the Hume-Lee Transplant Center.
