Geriatrics ECHO

Welcome to Geriatrics ECHO (Extension for Community Health Outcomes), a virtual network of health care experts and providers tackling issues in geriatric care. An ECHO model connects professionals with each other in real-time, collaborative, virtual sessions via Zoom. Participants present de-identified cases to one another, share resources, connect to each other, and grow in their expertise. Under the Geriatrics ECHO umbrella, we will address various practice-level issues and solutions related to managing complex, older adult patients.
