2025 Trauma Survivor "Giving Back" Story - Deputy Brad Hughes
Brad Hughes, a deputy at Powhatan County’s Sheriff’s Office, lost both of his legs after he was hit by a truck in 2017. He is now a speaker for Project IMPACT and helps local high schoolers understand the dangers of distracted driving.
