As an important part of our patients’ health care team, we strive to maintain consistent and helpful communications with our referring providers throughout the evaluation, transplant, and post-transplant process. To assist with this communications process, and in addition to our regular means of communication, we offer a secure online Physician Portal that provides real-time patient lab and test results, clinical notes and appointment information at your convenience.
