- Speak to a nurse and ask questions
- Discuss prescriptions

New and returning patients can schedule appointments with some of our providers in MyChart.

Use our online appointment request form to request an appointment with a Pauley provider. A member of our team will contact you within 2 business days to schedule an in-person or virtual visit.

Cardiothoracic surgery clinic appointments
To make a clinic appointment with one of our cardiothoracic surgeons, new or returning patients can:

Vascular surgery clinic appointments
To make a clinic appointment with one of our vascular surgeons, new or returning patients can:
