Minimally invasive gynecological surgery
Thanks to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS), relief is in sight and easier than ever before. Our skilled and compassionate team is here to listen to your needs and provide the right care for you — all so you can get back to the life you want.
Using specialized tools and techniques, our minimally invasive gynecological surgeons make smaller incisions, or surgical cuts, than traditional surgery. This allows you to heal with less pain, scarring, infections and blood loss. You can often return home the same day or have a shorter hospital stay, allowing you to return to the activities you love.

- Pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic floor prolapse
- Uterine fibroids

Minimally invasive treatment options
Hysteroscopy
With hysteroscopy, many concerns can be treated without an incision. Using a thin, lighted scope, your doctor can look inside your uterus or vagina to diagnose and treat problems.
Laparoscopy
Laparoscopy is one of the most common and effective minimally invasive surgeries. Making just a few tiny incisions, we place a small camera inside the pelvis to clearly see and treat your condition.
Robotic procedures
Robotic-assisted surgery gives surgeons more precision and control, with smaller incisions for complex gynecologic conditions. Using computer assisted, or robotic surgery tools results in excellent outcomes with less pain, smaller scars, lower infection risk and a faster recovery.
Hysterectomy
Sometimes, the best way to find lasting relief is through a hysterectomy — surgery to remove the uterus. We may recommend this procedure if you have conditions like endometriosis or adenomyosis that cause ongoing pain or abnormal growth.
Uterine fibroid removal
Uterine fibroids are noncancerous growths that can cause significant pain and discomfort. Depending on your situation, we may recommend a procedure called uterine fibroid embolization to shrink the fibroids without surgery. When surgery is the best option, our minimally invasive approaches are designed to reduce discomfort and help you recover more quickly.

After years of revolving my schedule around the pain during my periods, I was referred to Dr. Czyszczon. I was home the same day, and my recovery was easy with minimal scarring. I am looking forward to getting back to traveling and doing the things I like pain free.”
