Members of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Board of Directors will hold a fully virtual meeting on July 13 beginning at 11:00 a.m. This meeting is being held in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, § 2.2-3708.3, and will be conducted electronically. Open session followed by closed session. The start time for the meeting is approximate only. The meeting may begin either before or after the listed approximate start time as members are ready to proceed.
