Need help
The VCU Health Hub at 25th has reopened our doors to provide you access to care coordination, health education and wellness education, and in-person and virtual activities needed to stay healthy. Our community health worker and program leads are anxious to hear from you as they plan to reopen programs and services, so please stop by or call if you are interested in accessing our services.
Stop by and pick-up a COVID-19 Prevention Kit, including instructions on wearing a mask, hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and a cloth mask. Kits are limited to one per person over ten years old.
Our new schedule
The health hub is closed to the public Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends. All programs are free.
We are a Richmond East End health education and wellness activity center. Our goal is to provide activities that promote individual and community health and well-being while learning together.
All programs are free. They are delivered by VCU faculty, VCU and VCU Health staff and students as well as community partners. All programs are developed in partnership with the community, building on collaborative strengths to empower community members to improve their health and wellness.
