Junior Volunteer Program

General Information about the Program

The Junior Volunteer Program is an opportunity for high school students to provide valuable, voluntary service in their community during the summer months. Junior Volunteers must be 14 at least years old and entering Grade 9, 10, 11, or 12 the school year immediately following the summer. Applications are typically accepted from January through the beginning of March.

2021 Junior Volunteer Program

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all VCU Health volunteer programs have been suspended until further notice. No decisions have been made regarding the possibility of a Junior Volunteer Program in 2021. Once more information is available, we will update this site.

We appreciate your understanding as VCU Health continues to care for those who need us and to protect our community. We encourage you to do everything you can to stay safe and well and to stop the spread of COVID-19!
