What to expect

Before your appointment, you will receive a text message from an 882-86 short phone number inviting you to the video call.

Click on the link in the text message to be taken to a new screen in your browser.

  • You will be asked for your consent to receive text messages from your provider. You will only be asked for consent one time.
  • Once you’ve clicked on the consent button, you will see a secure message from your provider with a link to join the video call.
  • If this is the first time you have joined a video call with your provider, you will need to accept permissions for your microphone and camera to be used.
  • Once you’ve tapped the “Join Video Call” button in the secure message, you’ll be brought into the video visit with your provider.

To schedule an appointment, speak with your provider, request an appointment online or call 1-800-762-6161.
