Enrollment Information

Thank you for your interest in VCU Health Child Development Center. The care and education that your child receives is our top priority.  We are excited to partner with your family during your child’s early years. Should a spot open up, you’d be able to tour whichever center has availability, before signing up for care. Please complete the attached form to register for our waitlist. The form is fillable and should not be converted from its original format.

There is a $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE waitlist fee that you must pay in order to activate your waitlist application.  Once your application is received, a member of the Child Care Administrative team will send an invoice to your email through our TADPOLES system.  The day that the fee is paid will be your priority date, and you will be confirmed a spot on the waitlist.  Please note that registering for the waitlist does not guarantee your child a spot, and spots are given on a first come, first served basis.  We strive to meet the care needs of all team members, however, because space is limited, we recommend getting on additional waitlists as well.

To qualify for VCU Health Family Care Services you must meet the eligibility guidelines for enrollment at the following centers: 

• N Deck: VCU Health employees only 
• Northside: VCU Health employees and families that reside in the Northside area (addresses zoned for the following elementary schools: George W. Carver, Ginter Park, Barak Obama, Overby-Sheppard, and Linwood Holton) 

Once completed, your application may be emailed to childcare-ndeck@vcuhealth.org or childcare.northside@vcuhealth.org, depending on which location your family is eligible for.
