She spent many years as joint faculty, working in community hospital NICU’s, helping to develop their clinical programs. She became full-time faculty attending in the CHoR NICU in 2022. She is the director of the NICU Simulation Education Program and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. She is a current member of the National AAP Neonatal Resuscitation Program Steering Committee and the AAP National NICU Fellow Bootcamp Committee.
