A free service for patients, our social workers help patients and families understand their health issues, make decisions, understand their rights and empower them to participate in their care.
Our licensed clinical social workers work across all our health system, from the emergency department to inpatient units and clinics. We also coordinate important services to help navigate medical care and life outside of the healthcare setting. Our efforts connect patients and their families to resources to help cope and take the next step after discharge.
