Webinar: Vital Role of Community Health Centers in Ending the HIV Epidemic

2 Day Benefits 101 Course

This program will provide basic training in health insurance basics, Medicare/Medicaid & Medicaid Expansion, and SSI/SSDI/SOAR programs.  This program provides a basic overview of TANF, SNAP, and similar social welfare programs, housing services including HOPWA and other programs, and an overview of VAMAP (Formerly ADAP). This program is designed for eligibility specialists, medical and non-medical case managers, housing case managers, CHARLI case managers, patient navigators, community health workers, nurses, and support staff who assist clients navigating social welfare programs.
