  • 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro leaves
  • juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper


  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
