Biography
Dr. Joseph Khoury serves as medical director of neonatal transport and medical director of the neonatal outreach program at CHoR. He is also the manager of Virginia Neonatal Perinatal Collaborative, a state-wide quality collaborative with a mission of improving the care provided to pregnant people and newborns.
Dr. Khoury is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics - Section on Perinatal Pediatrics and a Member of the Eastern Society of Pediatric Research.
He is fluent in Arabic and French.
