Heather was an absolutely humongous help with my son. She explained things, had patience with me while I was clarifying things she said, and even while I cried during the appt! She even brought in a dietician over video chat to assist (who was also INCREDIBLE help and pleasant to talk with!) I left that office feeling like they actually cared about my son, and taking care of him, and also NOT feeling like I was stupid or incompetent although I sort of felt that way coming in! It was such a great visit and I really really appreciate all of the help that these 2 providers gave me and my family that day! (And continue to give)
