Biography

Dr. Szabo joined the VCU faculty in 2015. She is a member of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN) and the Collaborative Alliance for Pancreatic Education and Research (CAPER).

She was the first provider we saw that knew right away what her condition was. She listened to me without interrupting and made my daughter feel at ease. She helped make wise choices on the next steps to help out with the diagnosis. 100% would recommend her for other patients and would come back to see her if needed.
