Register or Sign InWith the ability to organize all of your health data in one place, our patients can quickly register an account with MyChart for access to their complete health history. Connect from your computer or the MyChart app for phones and follow the step-by-step instructions to register easily.
If you don’t have an activation code, sign up online and we will send you an activation code. Create an account to match your demographic data to your patient profile.
To sign up for MyChart, you will need an email link or text message from VCU Health with an activation link. Set up your personal account using your computer, phone or both. Easily download the MyChart app for iPhones or Android devices, and you’re on your way!
To process your MyChart registration with easy-to-follow instructions, you will need your activation link, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your date of birth.
You will be asked to create a unique username and password, with a notification if the username is already in use. You will also be guided with password assistance so your login information is secure.
In setting up your MyChart account, you will be asked about receiving email notifications and other methods of communication. To access MyChart from your mobile device, you may also be asked to set up a fingerprint or 4-digit code login for enhanced security. Finally, after accepting MyChart Terms and Conditions, you’re all set up!
With an easy download for either iPhone or Android smartphones, you can access your MyChart account anywhere. For other connection options, you can open your account with your computer or use the VCU Health MyChart website.
