If this is your first visit to Short Pump Pavilion, be prepared. You’ve never encountered care like this before, a uniquely “patient-centered” approach in which your convenience and comfort come first.

It’s easy to get here, it’s easy to park, and when you arrive, your experience just gets better. When you arrive you will be greeted at reception. Here you will be directed to check-in. For some services, you may use our convenient self-rooming kiosk. Please take a minute to watch the video explaining self-rooming.

Best of all, if you need to see various specialists, they’re here. If you need lab work or tests, they’re here. We have new software that allows our staff to make sure your time with us is smooth and efficient.
