This is the first time I had a conversation with William. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and was very thoughtful.

I have not always felt heard or understood and I've had two Incident where my health was overlooked and I ended up having emergency surgery. Will is not that way he listens to everything he follows up thoroughly and he makes sure that I am comfortable and understand the treatment I am receiving and that he understands my explanation of pain or illness
