Dr. Munoz always takes my concerns seriously and never downplays anything, she takes time to listen to my health concerns, acts quickly, and explains thoroughly. I wish everyone could have a provider as good as Dr. Munoz!

I have recommended Dr. M multiple times- she is a wonderful provider. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. She is an active listener and concerned about her patient's well being. She makes me feel important and special- she remembers little things about my life, it make me feel special- I'm sure she does this with everyone, it's just nice.

Dr. Laura Munoz gave me the best experience I've had at the doctors. She took her time with me, seemed genuinely interested in my concerns, and made me feel she wanted to help me feel better. I have only had positive experiences with VCU Health and this was exceptional. I felt heard and cared for the entire visit.

The entire health of the patient is never discussed. I wear glasses but was not asked about recent eye appointment or rx change. Dental health or podiatry is never asked about either. However, all three of these health areas impact the medical side and would be worth denoting to aid the patient either following up on care or encouraging [...]. The canned list of stressors/depression screening is not really helpful bc no addition questions and responses are asked about - we as health system and society are relying on checking the info off without doing anything about. Promptly at 20 minutes, the provider ended the appointment - seemed very abrupt.
