Mental health treatment is not doc's wheelhouse, but she knows a lot and is helping me to the best of her ability. She is very attuned to my issues, hears my concerns as they develop over time, and will see what options may yet be available, including exercise, therapy, classes, etc.

She is consistently attentive and thorough and clearly puts a great deal of though and expertise into my healthcare needs and complaints. She does not stop to review/read previous notes or ask me to remind her about anything during the visit (she either has a really good memory or recently reviewed my chart), which I very much appreciate; she asks Informed follow-up questions about my health. I may have taken more time and added more complaints on this visit for a general follow-up but Dr. W extended the same level of high-quality care, as always. I am grateful to have her as my PCP.

The doctor barely looked at me during her time with me. She spent the entire time with her eyes glued to the computer screen. I understand that she was taking notes, but I felt almost invisible. She never asked me directly what health concerns I had, so I had to bring them up while she was typing away. Also, this was an annual check-up. I thought doctors were supposed to actually CHECK you? Other than listen to my heart and lungs, she did not check a single thing in my body.
