Crystal Baird was wonderful in so many ways. She put me at ease and explained my heart issue in terms I could easily understand. She informed me about the blood tests, scans etc that she planned to do and explained why. She was among the most thorough providers that I have seen at VCU Health. What an amazing and caring staff!
