Brad had an extremely calming presence. I was nervous about the appointment and was immediately at ease when he entered the room. He addressed me by name and introduced himself on a first name basis. Listened to my symptoms and concerns and came up with a plan that I not only agreed with but I understood. He answered all of my questions and did not at all seemed rushed or in a hurry. I felt like I was his only patient. Knowledgeable and extremely personable.
