Honestly, my diet and exercise habits leave a lot to be desired. Amy helps me look at the total picture to achieve a balance that's changed my view of healthcare. She gives me achievable action plans that I can follow through on after my consultations with her. It's rare for me to leave a doctor's visit feeling more encouraged than when I arrived.
