I absolutely love Dr. Ritter. She acts like I'm her only patient, fully listening, being respectful and warm, discussing with me and treating me like a valued partner in my care, and also developing rapport by talking with me as a person (e.g., my upcoming retirement and plans). She really is the gold standard.
