Biography

Born in Dearborn, Michigan, Dr. Nicolato was a cardiothoracic clinical instructor at VCU School of Medicine from 2004 to 2006 before becoming an attending surgeon and assistant professor in 2006.

 

Dr. Nicolato is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association and the David Hume Surgical Society. Her research has been published in the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery and in HeartRhythm, the official journal of the Heart Rhythm Society.
