Dr. [...] performed back surgery in 2000. He is a great doctor. I had asked to see him. The staff assured me Meghan could help me and if needed would make sure Dr. [...] was consulted. Meghan saw me promptly which was a great relief because I had experienced a serious fall. She was indeed knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She answered my questions and saw me on a [...] which she said was usually her day off. I'm grateful to her and thankful that VCU Health has a Short Pump location. We are older and driving downtown is quite difficult. Wonderful care.
