I think I received excellent care and had to wait on an MRI.

Dr. took phone call during visit. Left w/gloves on & came back in w/gloves on. Dr. didn't thoroughly explain process flow of f/u testing or address how to cope w/current pain.

Did not take the time to explain what the problem was or how it was caused. Felt like I was being "talked down to" throughout the visit. The staff, however, were very helpful and courteous.
