Excellent care.., very satisfied
May 2026
To be fair to the care provider, my condition is not the common presentation. The care provider gave information appropriate for the common presentation. The provider did not seem to be familiar with the mechanism of action of one of the medications and did not have sufficient depth of understanding of the therapy I have received. Had it been a simple device check, the care would have been okay, but I had expected a more comprehensive assessment.

February 2025
I have a rare condition (warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia) that is causing or aggravating the heart problem (A Fib). Provider had not reviewed my extensive record prior to encounter and thus, I devoted significant block of time in briefing her about the nature of WAHA and its intertwined history with my cardiac issues. This necessarily constrained her ability to make recommendations. We ended up with a plan that works for me
