The doctor was also very kind and efficient, he explained everything as he was doing it which put me at ease, and I felt like he would have really taken the time to walk through questions with me if I had them. Made me feel comfortable during the whole interaction!

After both appointments I have had for my OB care they were both the worst experience. I do not feel comfortable to continue my care here. I had a miscarriage in [...] and now today [...] I am 11 weeks pregnant. Neither of the providers I have seen at this clinic just brushed my feelings, my anxiety, my fear, my emotions under the rug. I feel no comfort. At this particular appointment my actual concerns from my last visit was not addressed. The provider didn't even TRY to find MY BABY HEARTBEAT after I told him my fear of this pregnancy after my miscarriage 4 months ago. [...] I would feel a lot 100% better once I get out my first trimester. My next appointment with VCU Health still isn't till [...]. I Will be trying to transfer my care elsewhere.
