I will not be using these provider on the future. She act like she didn't wanna to touch me. I came in for yearly exam nothing done. All she talk about was herself. Never opened up my chart.

This provider was very abrupt & not gentle in her approach. This was the first time I met her & the first comment from her was "So, you don't exercise. Why?". She hyper fixated on weight loss. Made a face when I told her my next pap smear was in a couple months, & made comments about my birth control methods.

Dr. Isaacs-Charles is my favorite doctor. I feel she saved my life. Her listening and caring skills helped me to be healthy again.

Care provider did not give me a prescription that I ask for which my other doctors in other locations have given me "Loratadine for hay fever which gets worse this time of year" but she did write in the online after visit notes that I take the over counter generic version of it Claritin Is expensive for some with a limited Income.

This was my first appointment with this provider. I felt heard and she answered my questions in a way as to educate me and allow me to make informed decisions regarding my health. I switched providers because I didn't feel heard and really was please that this provider took the time to make me feel comfortable and valued as a patient.
