The provider gave a good explanation of treatment for a condition, but it was NOT the main thing that I wanted to talk about. She never asked me what my main concern was for the appointment. We spent a lot of time talking about something that I wasn't really concerned about, and then it was obvious she was starting to leave the room. I had to stop her to raise the actual reasons why I wanted to see her. By the way, I had already told her nurse about the things I wanted to cover in the appointment, but I don't think they were communicated to the doctor.

Dr. Kindley is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me diagnose my skin condition and take preventive care to manage it. Her treatment and her staffs quick response to my call helped prevent me from having to go to the emergency room. I am grateful to them.
