This provider called at 10:07 am. The appointment was scheduled for 4:15 pm, the provider did not ask if it was convenient for me to speak to her. I was in the middle of working on materials for my classes, which did not allow me to prepared for this meeting. [...] She does not have good relationship skills but came across with a ton of questions and told me something I had never heard before about my bone density. I am 11 1/2 years post-transplant and she was treating me as if I had just had the transplant. [...] She never really gave me much opportunity to ask questions because she was asking a bunch of questions without any real dialogue with me.

Dr. Wirk tends to talk in a very clinical way. She assumes that patients understand, but more explanation in lay terms would be helpful. She isn't arrogant at all, just clinically focused.
