Stop the Leak: What you need to know

5:30 PM  -  6:30 PM

Do you occasionally experience some bladder leakage when you laugh, cough or sneeze? Know that you are not alone. More than one third of US women have a pelvic floor condition. While this is common, it can be embarrassing and can have a big impact on your quality of life.  The good news is that generally it is a very treatable problem, so if it bothers you, you don't have to "just live with it".

Join Dr. Lauren Siff, a VCU Health urogynecologist trained in women’s health, as she talks about the different types of pelvic floor conditions and what you can do about it. There are a variety of therapies, exercises, medicines, devices and minimally invasive surgeries to treat your conditions. You’ll be back doing the things you love in no time.
