At VCU Health, you are at the center of all we do. Excellent patient centered care and patient safety is our priority. We recognize, protect and promote the rights and responsibilities of those we serve. We affirm our Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities, and all staff and patients are expected to support and respect these principles.

We are also committed to continuously improving the quality of care you receive and work to ensure your overall experience is excellent. If you have any compliments or concerns about your rights, care, treatment and safety, we encourage you to first talk with a member of your health care team.
