A cut above. Lynn was approachable, kind, and non-judgmental. [...] Lynn never once talked down to me, and that meant a lot as I felt like I was in a pretty vulnerable situation as I was in the midst of my first arthritic pain episode (the tail end) in her office. She listened to me, and tailored care around what felt like a partnership. I felt included and was welcomed member of my own care team. I don't mean to gush or sound hyperbolic, but I'm going to spend the rest of my life with this pain, and it meant so much to me that a medical professional "came alongside of me." To be clear, she was the fourth medical professional I had seen that week, and she was the only one who gave that impression. Obviously, aside from the emotive element of the visit, she gave good information that was constructive and medically sound. She educated me on what to expect in my treatment and from my condition.
