Dr. Ellis has always been thorough and focussed on helping me solve my medical issues. Her willingness to use telemedicine to meet with me when I was unable to meet her in the office is a perfect example of her flexibility and desire to help.

Dr. Ellis always takes great pains to explain what the problem (s) is and what she's doing about it. In this case, I was having so much trouble with filling my prescription with my pharmacy, then going through myChart, then changing pharmacies, that Dr. Ellis cut through all the confusion & dealt with the problem herself to be sure I could get the correct dosage from the cheapest pharmacy. I was very grateful.

She will sit and talk with you as long as it takes, so that you will understand every detail of what she is talking about as far as your diagnosis and treatment or exploratory tests so she's sure your comfortable with your understanding of it.
