Dr. Jones was very professional and attentive to my concerns. He even noticed a bandage on my knee and asked me about it. When I told him that I had fallen, he offered to take a look at the abrasion, if I wanted him to do so. I did and he explained to me the importance of wound care and prescribed me a cream that helps with healing. I was very impressed that he took the time to address and issue that I didn't even mention to him.

I trust Dr Jones. He has been my Dr for years prior to coming to VCU Health. Because of his knowledge, caring, and experience he has made a huge impact on my health by helping me manage my pain in everyday life. Dr. Jones is so extremely likeable it's more like talking to a friend about a problem, then going to a doctor.

Dr. Jones entered the room with complete knowledge of my history and current condition. He offered multiple options and provided me all pros and cons of treatments. He respected my choices and concerns. He provided excellent care and an excellent plan that I felt confident with and is working successfully for me. He is a great communicator and I feel like he prioritizes my health care needa by quickly responding to messages and ensuring I receive care when I need it.
