NP Banks has been a great asset to VCU Health! She has been so forth coming with information and explaining every aspect, with the pros and cons. We discussed how other medical issues affected my treatments and how we can possibly change medicines to help treat other issues while cutting down my required amount of medicines. She even took the time to make sure we answered the questions my wife sent as she could not be with me at this visit.

Mrs Banks is more than my Doctor she's more of my sister. She takes excellent care of me. She listens to me she takes time to explain things to me. It's never a rush with her it's never a cut off while her patients talks to her. Mrs Banks you are awesome thank you so much for taking care of me and continue to. Your staff is awesome as well I can always come in a be relaxed and laughing with them. They know to make someone feel good and right at home. Keep up the amazing job ladies.

K. Banks has been a godsend [...] She follows up on all tests, emails, my chart messages and talks to you to work out a care plan as a team. She has explained more about my medical condition to me in a year than I learned in 20 from other providers. My wife has tried to get her cousin to switch to her practice, only after coming to only one visit with me, just from the welcoming and personal interaction she saw and was included in.
