Biography

Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Illinois University where she also completed her dietetic internship. Stephanie began her career in health care as an inpatient registered dietitian at VCU Health where she practiced in a range of areas including critical care, cardiac surgery, cystic fibrosis and internal medicine. Given her interest in the application of nutrition into medical practice, she obtained an additional Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University. From there, she practiced as a Physician Assistant in the Medical ICU at VCU Health. With the goal of incorporating nutrition into her primary practice, Stephanie transitioned to pediatric endocrinology and has joined the Healthy Lifestyles Center team supporting patients and their families on their journey to reach their health goals. She is a local Richmonder and enjoys exploring the city and all it has to offer with her family.
