Need help

COVID-19

VCU Health is closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks globally, nationally, and in Virginia. For general questions about COVID-19, call our hotline at (804) 628-7425. Virtual visits for COVID-19 are available for adults between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Steps we’re taking as we continue providing the care you need.

Screening & testing

All patients and employees are screened for coronavirus when entering our facilities. Additional monitoring and testing will occur throughout your visit.

Visitor restrictions

We ask that no visitors enter the hospital unless needed to accompany a child or for a patient requiring assistance.

Wearing masks

All patients and visitors must wear a mask. If you arrive without a mask, we will provide one for you.

Cleaning & disinfecting

We have extra hand-washing stations and are using robust disinfecting processes in our waiting and patient rooms.

How we're keeping you safe

Telehealth

See and speak to your doctor from the convenience of your home or elsewhere using your smart phone, home computer or tablet.
