Children's Trauma Center
Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU is the only Level 1 pediatric trauma center in Virginia. This special designation means CHoR has the capability of providing leadership and total care for every aspect of injury, from prevention through rehabilitation. CHoR is one of only 39 other such centers across the country that demonstrate the highest level of patient care, education and research.
