A whole-body approach to pelvic and abdominal rehabilitation

We see patients every day to help them overcome conditions in the abdomen and pelvic floor region. Our pelvic rehabilitation therapists offer one-on-one care while treating your overall health and wellbeing. We also offer diet and exercise recommendations and stress management.

We often treat sensitive issues for men and women and can offer simple interventions that quickly improves a person’s quality of life. We meet in private, and you should be prepared to discuss with your therapist any bladder, bowel and sexual concerns. Voice your worries sooner rather than later so that we can provide you with the most complete care.

We offer treatment for conditions including:

  • Urinary incontinence
  • Pelvic pain
  • Fecal incontinence
  • Overactive bladder
  • Urinary and bowel urgency-frequency
  • Constipation
  • BPH (prostate enlargement) with urinary dysfunction
  • Post-prostatectomy pelvic symptoms
  • Prenatal and postpartum musculoskeletal pain
  • High-risk pregnancy musculoskeletal dysfunction
  • Post-radiation diagnoses
  • Abdominal pain, or pain in the lower torso
  • Pre- or post-transgender reassignment surgery

Treatments include:

  • Pelvic floor muscle exercises, including strengthening, relaxation, and stretching
  • Manual therapy (hands-on techniques)
