Biography

Dr. Schefft joined the VCU faculty in 2016 after completing a fellowship in pediatric hematology and oncology at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. He primarily serves as a pediatric hospitalist, but also covers inpatient hematology and oncology services.

Dr. Schefft is an active member of the American Academy of pediatrics - Pediatric Hospital Medicine section, American Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology and Children's Oncology Group.
