CMH Pulmonology Services offers effective  treatment for individuals with acute and chronic lung conditions. Through education, lifestyle changes and access to the latest treatments and therapies, we enable our patients to get healthy and stay healthy. We also will work with you to create a personalized care plan and create and maintain an individual therapy program for your long-term health. 

Meet Our Pulmonologist

Dr. Indu Shivaram earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Government Medical College in India and completed her residency in internal medicine and fellowship in pulmonary medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and fellowship in critical care medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Dr. Shivaram is Board Certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and internal medicine.

Our providers operate on an appointment basis. You may schedule an appointment during standard operating hours (Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 5 p.m.). If your condition requires immediate medical attention please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
