Admissions

To be admitted into VTCC's acute care services the child/adolescent must be referred by a clinician who is skilled in the diagnosis of mental illness, and who has seen the child/adolescent within the last 24 hours.  If an emergency exist the child should be seen at the nearest hospital emergency room.
