VTCC Quality Improvement Survey

Dear Parent or Guardian:

     Virginia Treatment Center for Children (VTCC) is conducting a study of the quality of the mental health care services we provide to our patients and their families. To help us serve you better, we would like to hear about your experiences at VTCC.

     By now you should have received a survey in the mail that asks about the quality of care your child and family received at VTCC, as well as some questions about the child/adolescent mental health care services available in your community.   As mentioned in the letter, you may complete the survey on-line on a secure VCU server. 

      We hope you will take this opportunity to tell us about the quality of the care you received.  By completing the survey you will help us learn how we are doing. Your decision to participate in this survey is, of course, voluntary, and all information is confidential.
