- One number (628-3627) created for employees for scheduling ALL their appointments (outpatient physician) not just VCU Gold appointments
- Patient Advocate - Registered Nurse is available to assist with scheduling issues (new or follow-up outpatient physician appointments), answer questions or help navigate the health system
- Call 628-3627, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mon - Friday except holidays
- options 1, 2 & 3 are for your non-specialty appointments (not Gold)
- option 4 for all your physician specialty appointments (including VCU Gold)
- option 5 for the Patient Advocate
